The Houthi-Saleh militias who run the Political Security Apparatus handcuffed abductees, tied their legs and blindfolded them when their families come to visit them from behind the prison windows.
Well-informed sources told the Capital news website that the militias work to humiliate abductees in front of their families during weekly visits , affirming that they are handcuffed and blindfolded and guarded by soldiers bearing batons and use verbal abuses against them.
The sources spelt out that the abductees have been retired again after their chains were untied months ago.
They affirmed that the militias deprive abductees of food and prevent their families from visiting them, particularly abducted journalists who were referred to court.
The Houthi-Saleh militias have been detaining thousands of innocent civilians since they took over the capital Sana'a on September 21, 2014.
